PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to handling and protecting personal information appropriately as follows.

1. Personal Information Held by the Company

We retain certain personal information provided by customers in connection with applications for our services as personal data.
We also retain personal information of recruitment applicants and employees working for the Company as personal data.

In addition, we retain Individual Numbers (“My Number”) of employees working for the Company, their dependents, and individuals with whom we maintain ongoing contractual relationships for the preparation of payment records and related documentation, as personal data.

2. Purpose of Use of Customers’ Personal Information

We use the personal information provided by customers at the time of application for travel or childcare services for the purpose of contacting customers, making arrangements necessary for the travel and childcare services applied for, and processing payments for such services.

In addition, we may use customers’ personal information for the following purposes:

Providing information regarding products, services, and campaigns offered by the Company and our affiliated companies
Requesting feedback and impressions after participation in travel or childcare services
Conducting surveys and questionnaires
Providing special benefits and services
Preparing statistical materials
Providing information that we believe may be of interest to customers
Customer relationship management and other forms of marketing and analysis

We may also use personal information provided by recruitment applicants for identity verification, communication with applicants, and other purposes necessary for recruitment activities.

3. Provision of Customers’ Personal Information to Third Parties

To the extent necessary for arranging the travel and childcare services applied for and enabling customers to receive such services, or for fulfilling our contractual obligations, we may provide customers’ name, gender, age, address, telephone number, email address, passport information, and credit card information to transportation providers, accommodation providers, external service providers, third-party vendors, agents, and other related parties by electronic or other means.

We may also request personal information of customers’ emergency contacts in preparation for illness, accidents, or other emergencies during travel or childcare services. Such information will only be used when we determine it necessary to contact the emergency contact in the event of illness or other emergencies involving the customer. Customers are responsible for obtaining the consent of the emergency contact before providing such information to us.

4. Collection and Use of Customers’ Personal Information

When collecting and using customers’ personal information, we ask customers to acknowledge the following in advance:

Personal information will not be used for purposes other than those for which it was collected without the customer’s consent.
In the event of outsourcing or provision to third parties, we will inform customers in advance and obtain their consent.
If the customer is a minor, consent from a parent or legal guardian will be obtained.

Providing personal information to the Company in connection with applications or requests for materials is voluntary. However, if all or part of the required personal information is not provided, and we are unable to contact the customer or complete the necessary procedures for arranging travel or childcare services and enabling customers to receive such services, we may be unable to accept the customer’s application or request.

5. Outsourcing of Customers’ Personal Information

We may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information provided by customers to third parties as necessary for travel operations, childcare operations, payment processing, and related administrative procedures.

6. Inquiries Regarding Customers’ Personal Information and Requests for Disclosure

Customers who wish to request notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties of their personal data held by the Company should contact the inquiry desk below for information regarding the necessary procedures.

However, we may not be able to comply with requests where doing so may significantly interfere with the proper execution of our business operations, including with respect to information added by the Company. In all other cases, we will take the necessary measures promptly in accordance with applicable laws and internal regulations. If we are unable to comply with all or part of a request, we will explain the reason.

7. Handling of Specific Personal Information

We will use Individual Numbers (“My Number”) only within the scope of purposes permitted under applicable laws and regulations.

We will not provide Individual Numbers to third parties except where permitted under applicable laws and regulations.

Once the administrative procedures related to Individual Numbers prescribed by law have been completed, we will promptly delete or erase the relevant Individual Numbers.

8. In the Event of a Personal Information Leak

In the unlikely event of leakage or other issues involving personal information, we will promptly notify affected customers. We will take all necessary measures to ensure security, including temporarily suspending our systems if necessary, and promptly disclose the facts and relevant information on our website or through other appropriate means.
