Position: Babysitter (Must hold a Nursery Teacher or Kindergarten Teacher License)

Employment Type: Independent Contractor

Job Description: Provide childcare services for inbound tourists' children (ages 1–15).
Your role is to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for children while their parents explore Japan worry-free. (Meal assistance is generally not required.)
Flexibility and cultural sensitivity in childcare are essential.

Requirements:

✔ Must hold a valid Japanese Nursery Teacher or Kindergarten Teacher License
✔ Experience working as a nursery teacher or babysitter
✔ Ability to communicate in English or another foreign language
✔ Comfortable providing childcare in various locations such as hotels and tourist spots

If you lack confidence in English conversation, we offer a six-month English training program before you start working.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: ¥2,000–¥3,000 (Based on experience and skills)

Work Locations:

📍 Tokyo, Yokohama, Kamakura, Osaka, Kyoto
